Robin Kessler is an experienced human resources professional with strengths in training, recruiting and employee relations. She founded and developed her own consulting business specializing in human resources, interviews and presentations. Ms. Kessler is a seasoned, people-oriented professional with the ability to design and implement innovative programs to meet individual and organizational needs. Ms. Kessler has developed and researched, recommended and implemented a variety of human resources issues and plans including OFCCP audits, affirmative action plans and benefit programs and policy manuals for several companies. Robin Kessler has recruited, selected and hired employees and has worked closely with managers and candidates to improve communications, productivity and management. Representative companies and clients that Ms. Kessler has worked with and consulted with include Igloo Products, Halliburton, Enterprise Oil Company, Schlumberger, BP Exploration, Amoco Corporation, International Harvester, Spherion and Lee Hecht Harrison. She is also a published author and currently works as an Adjunct Professor teaching business communication and introduction to communication at the University of Houston, Downtown, while working as President and Owner of The Interview Coach, Inc.
