Professional Highlights:
With background as a Realtor®, Mark was employed by a real estate law in the private sector soon after graduating from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies. His role at the law firm primary focused on litigation, contracts, and title work.
After working there for two years, he was hired by the City of Houston's legal department as part of their newly formed Governmental Regulations division. Now, as part of the division he works on city issues like special elections, parking, ordinances, release of public information, and subpoenas of various City of Houston employees.
