The Paralegal Certificate program is designed to provide students with an affordable and accessible path to becoming a paralegal. This program is streamlined to provide education in the most employable and demanding areas of the law, while still offering the essential paralegal courses of study. Certificates may be earned in only 8 months by attending morning classes, Saturday classes, or in the evening taking paralegal classes online.

The Paralegal Certificate program is 24 semester credit hours.

If you are working towards your first college degree the Associate of Applied Science Degree Paralegal Program could be a better path to beginning your paralegal career. The AAS Degree provides a more comprehensive preparation for a paralegal career and leads directly into the Bachelor of Arts: Law and Business program for those seeking to earn their bachelor's degree.

Students without a previous college degree are strongly encouraged to continue to the A.A.S. Degree program. All credits earned in the paralegal certificate will transfer and reduce the cost of the degree program accordingly.
