Paralegal Transcript Requests

Transcript Request Procedures

At Center for Advanced Legal Studies, we make it easy for you to obtain your academic transcripts. Whether you need an electronic transcript or a mailed copy, we've got you covered.

Students may request electronic transcripts ($14) that are delivered to the recipient via an emailed PDF or choose to have their transcripts mailed ($16). All transcripts are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Click here to submit your request.

Normal processing time on requests is 1 to 2 business days for students from 2010 through the present. Students who attended before 2010 may have longer processing times due to transcript conversion. Official transcripts can be delivered electronically by email or by *mail. Transcript records are processed by CALS staff, and National Student Clearinghouse will deliver the order.

All financial holds must be cleared before transcripts will be released.

You can upload additional forms (e.g., LSAC) for us to enclose with your official transcript using PDF file types only.

*Please note: Mailed orders must be received before 11 a.m. CST to go out the same day (unless the record is in archives). Any order received after 11 a.m. will be mailed the next business day, regardless of the selected shipping method. CALS does not process transcripts on weekends or holidays. Requests received during those times will be processed on the next business day. National Student Clearinghouse and their partners do not mail on Sundays or holidays.

Education verifications can be emailed to info@paralegal.edu

Unofficial transcript requests and questions may be sent to transcripts@paralegal.edu.
